We had no idea what this was, so we pretty much went in blind. Turns out to be absolutely fantastic! Both of us got the tsukesoba (the dipping noodle). I was surprised when there was a further option to choose cold or hot dipping sauce. I got the cold one, and it was really one of the best I've ever had. Follow the instructions for the 5 steps to eating the dipping noodles. Use Google translate on it. It really made a difference to the experience. Super...

Located at the basement of the JR Kumamoto station, it is a small shop tucked in the corner and it looks like a store where they want to turn around really fast. Nothing fantastic but people are queuing long time for a decent ramen where you can customize your own ramen with the...

Instagram:ol_no_nichijoramen 🍜鰹昆布水のどごし生麺(並) 990円+ワンタン275円＋味玉132円→1,397円 六本木で大人気になっている富喜製麺研究所さんの本店が熊本にあるということで、本店を訪問しようと思ったのですが遠かったため熊本駅の中にある店舗を訪問🥰✨ 平日夜21時頃の訪問で待ちなしで入店、店員さんに声をかけて注文する形で、注文後5分ほどで着丼🍜✨ つけ汁は鰹の風味が効いた濃厚な魚介系スープ🐟✨昆布水で締められた麺をこのつけ汁にくぐらせると、鰹の香りと旨味が一層引き立って美味しい🥰💞麺の小麦感との相性も◎で箸が進みます😳✨​濃厚ながらも後味はすっきりとしており、最後まで飽きることなくいただけました😍 麺は昆布水に浸かった自家製の平打ち麺✨透明感のある昆布水が麺に絡み、ツルツルとした喉越しとモチモチの食感を同時に楽しめて幸せすぎる🥰💞食べ方にある通り、まずは麺だけいただくと麺そのものの風味と昆布の旨味が口の中で広がり、これだけでも十分美味しかったです🥹藻塩との相性もよく、口の中で小麦の甘みを満喫することができました😋つけ汁との絡みもよくさすが製麺所の麺だなと感じさせるクオリティでした👍 トッピングに追加したワンタンは大ぶりで存在感抜群😍薄めの皮の中にジューシーな餡がたっぷり詰まっており、つけ汁との相性も最高です😋一口噛むごとに旨味が溢れ出し、贅沢な味わいを堪能できました👍💞 チャーシューはホロホロで、味玉は程よい半熟具合で、黄身の濃厚な味わいが特徴的です💛つけ汁に浸して食べると程よく塩味がきいて美味しかったです🥰 とってもおいしいつけ麺を混まないうちに食べられて最高でした😋💞ごちそうさまでした🙏
