Cassini — Restaurant in Kyoto

Definitely my favorite bakery in Kyoto! As a person who loves to explore different bakeries I have tried various bakeries during my stay in Kyoto for several years.

This place offers excellent bakeries! I tried quite a few but all tasted wonderful! The place is small but offers decent variety of bakery. The owner (I assume) is a lovely person! I have gone back so many times (I enjoyed just going there as well as eating the bread afterwards) but cannot visit there again in near future!

I arrived earlish (9am) and a majority of the items were already gone through! I got about 7 items (cakes, breads, cookies, sandos) and all of them were made very well. I love pumpkin in the winter and a lot of the bakeries use it as an ingredient right now. I ate half of it cold, but once home I heated it in my oven and it was SUPER!
