Don’t get this wrong. This is the second time I tried this restaurant. First time when we went there, the food was great, staff was great, the place was packed full with people and everyone was praising the food. The Indian staffs were interacting with each and every guest, welcoming smile and hearty laughter...everything was great!!
Today, there was a grumpy, rude, Japanese old lady running the place. The restaurant was empty . We are a family of three, me ,my husband and our baby . She gave us the dark corner table at the far back , despite the whole restaurant being empty. Anyways, we ordered... She did not even ask our choices ( as mentioned in the menu). Did not bother to ask the spice level we would like. We said spice level 5 . The food arrived... except for the naan, everything was just heated up stale food. Bland in taste. The rice was smelly old rice. There was a peculiar unfamiliar sadness and boredom in the vibe. Just a 180 degree turn from our first day experience. There was no one in the restaurant today , the whole time we were there. We just felt like it was not Chander but some other restaurant!
Suggestion : Please do not keep people like this lady , as the first contact person for your customers. People go to your restaurant for good food and having a pleasant intercultural experience too. She ruins the vibe completely. Also, the food is your strong selling point. So please keep the quality...

Chef is Indian. Highly recommend their keema curry and the nan was...
