A place where we nourished our human self, but more importantly our microbial self!
Delicious, grounding and nourishing food rooted in the fermentation tradition of japan. The miso soup is the best we have tasted, in Kyoto style, flavorful, rich and sweet. All in all, it was a great meal with interesting flavours, and warm service. We had no issues ordering in...
