I had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant is small and intimate, with only 7 seats, which creates a very personal and cozy atmosphere.

The service was simply outstanding. The two service staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. It's clear that they are passionate about their work. The chef himself brought some of the dishes to the table and explained the subtle nuances of the preparation—a detail I greatly appreciated.

The menu offered a refined selection of dishes, prepared in a creative yet down-to-earth way. In addition to the ordered dishes, we were treated to several small complimentary surprises from the kitchen, which delighted us each time. These additional treats were perfectly curated and beautifully complemented the overall experience.

The prices are definitely in the higher range, but the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the unique atmosphere justify every cent. This is a place where you are offered a perfectly crafted experience, making every visit feel like a special occasion.

🥩 My first experience of wagyu beef steak 🥩 Found this place casually… i was supposed to try out another resto that eventually was fully booked so we opted Hamburg Labo due to the high rewiews on google …And it was empty! Since the first steps this this restaurant looks premium !A plus are The Waitress and the owner soo kind and attentive .. they made us sit just in front of the main cooking area where we could see the preparation of the steak … they explained us few things about wagyu beefs in kyoto areas. We ordered 2* 100 gr wagyu A5 steak with 160 gr & 250 gr hamburger I am Italian and back then in Florence I tried some few real Fiorentina’s steaks ….huge piece of bloody meat ..honestly not for everyone… this one it’s another planet to be honest , it’s the Japanese steak that you would expect !!! Extremely tender and juicy …it literally melts in your mouth! Of course it comes on a high price indeed , you get only 100 gr only for 5000¥ , we spent 17k in 2 persons ..but hey…this is a life time...
