Exceptional customer service that went above and beyond!

I accidentally left my hat at this MUJI location on the evening of July 20. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and took the initiative to send it to the lost and found department. When I returned the next evening (July 21), despite the language barrier (I don't speak Japanese), the staff members were patient and took the time to communicate with me effectively. Thanks to their dedication and kindness, I was able to retrieve my hat successfully.

This level of customer care is truly outstanding and reflects the quality service that MUJI is known for. The staff's willingness to help a foreign customer navigate the situation with such professionalism and warmth made all the difference. I went to this Muji so many times while I was in Kyoto! I have bought pens, notebooks, paper, journals, water cups, and a bunch of other stationary / practical items. Well priced, and beautiful designed products! Everything about Muji is aesthetically pleasing, from its product all the way down to the logo. I highly recommend!
