2025: Same as every time I come back. Fast, friendly and delicious! Today I came the day before the marathon so no ice cold beer, sadly. Maybe tomorrow though!

2024: Just always have to come back here for ramen. I always go one time before the marathon for a Kyoto Ramen and cold cold beer. Then after the race I can go more. This time I went with a Japanese chef friend several times, especially late in the evening for "second dinner." Never disappointed! So tasty!

Delicious Ramen and Fried Cheese gyoza (what could be better then that?!) Huge portion for a regular size and it was so delicious I could have had a second bowl! I had the limited onion ramen and it did not disappoint. Massive pile of chopped green onion that mixed onto the noodles to create a soupy, oniony noodle that was one of a kind. Quite a disappointment as compared to the expectations from the other reviewers. I ordered the soy based soup, normal firmness noodles, less fat and specifically less salt :) but the noodles quite hard, and very little for its price. The pork was really a disappointment also. Mere boiled pieces of fatty strips of pork that you would expect in the breakfast sets for 500¥. The gyoza was meh. The service was fast tho. It's a disappointment.
