Kiyoshi — Restaurant in Kyoto

We were there for a late lunch, and people were already in line by the time we got there. We were able to take a look at the menu when we were waiting outside. The server came out and asked what we wanted to order in advance. They only take a certain number of people to avoid overcrowding. We ordered four items, two rice bowls and two ramen dishes. Glad we research beforehand and purposely come to this restaurant to dine our lunch, otherwise we would never chance upon it as it is located away from the main street of the temple and shops.

It is your typical small eatery shop with a maximum of 4 families capacity size.

When we are there, we are only the 2nd family inside. Very good, as it is located away from the busy street, but not too far.
