Inconsistent Condiment Availability and Customer Service Experience

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I encountered at your restaurant on 27th Nov 2023 at around 4:30 pm.
During my visit on this date, I requested salt and pepper sachets, and to my disappointment, the employee refused to provide them. I found this refusal perplexing, as condiments are typically basic amenities offered at fast-food establishments. This lack of service left a negative impression on my dining experience.
However, when I revisited your restaurant on 28th Nov 2023, I noticed that salt and pepper sachets were readily available. This inconsistency raises concerns about the adherence to customer service standards and the fulfillment of basic customer requests.
I believe such discrepancies can impact the overall satisfaction of customers. As a loyal patron of McDonald's, I value the quality of service and consistency in the customer experience. I trust that you will look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that all customers receive the same level of service.

We ordered the matcha pie from the cashier, even specifically pointing to it and saying matcha multiple times, and having the cashier confirm that we wanted the matcha pie by pointing at it and nodding profusely.
After paying and finding a seat, someone brought our order and it was just a regular apple pie. Looked at the receipt and realized the cashier had put the wrong order (apple pie was ¥190 vs ¥220 for the matcha pie). I felt like I wasn’t exactly in a position to question this decision so we just went down and ordered another one. I confirmed with the (now different) cashier, along with the price, and finally received the correct item.
The only reason I mention that I think they’re messing with foreigners is because multiple other tables with foreigners also got regular apple pies alongside various limited items (matcha frappe, etc), so it felt very odd that this was happening.

Read moreIt was raining heavily so we came in to get food and shelter. I needed to use the bathroom. Before ordering, I asked a staff member if they had a bathroom. He said they did not. I asked again if there was a bathroom for paying customers, and clarified that we were going to order. He again said no. We had to leave and walk back to our hotel 15 minutes away in the pouring rain because our phones were about to die and we wouldn’t be able to use them to map to another location with toilet facilities. I’m hungry and wet, but at least I found a bathroom in my hotel!
