We came here because most nearby restaurants had already closed! I actually thought the vibe, the lighting, and the service were all great! 👌🏼👍🏼 The restroom was also pretty clean! 🫧
The food: Tsukemen (6/10): The charsiu 🐷 and the egg were pretty satisfactory. However, the broth didn't have a strong flavor (not salty enough), which should've been the standard for this type of ramen. Now, the noodles 🍜 were the deal breaker for me (my girlfriend also felt the same)! The portion was very generous and the texture was also satisfyingly chewy. The only problem I had was that it tasted bland. I think it's made of wheat? Since the enjoyment of tsukemen comes from the noodles, I really felt like I was struggling to finish them.
Nevertheless, that's not to say others won't like it. Taste buds tend to be different from person to person and their tsukemen just didn't hit the spot for us!
Finally, I would recommend this restaurant if you were looking for a heathier version...

Was just next to our hotel and gave it a try, didn’t have to wait but it was definitely busy. Guess we were lucky to get a seat.
You select your meals on the machine then provide it to the waiters.
Got the dipping noodles and it was delicious, follow the guide stew that they show you how to eat the noodles and even if you don’t it before and know how at other places, they have their style different.
The dipping broth was fantastic and not too salty and putting lime on the noodles really hits a different refreshing tone.
Pretty cosy spot but quite fast pace, but don’t be pressure to speed rush your meals.
Has English menu and waiters can speak English. So don’t be shy if you’re not adventurous in nihongo.
Price is good, service was quick and place isn’t that tight. Most of all...

I got the regular Tsukumen because i wasn't too hungry but could have easily finished a large. The dipping broth was rich and full of flavour.
the cold noodles were very refreshing and chewy just the way I like them.
Wife got the soup based Ramen which had great flavour and wasn't as rich as a tonkotsu style broth. The noodles were thin and straight (Hakata style) but still had good texture.
I recommend this place and would come again, I just got sick of waiting on line for hours on end for Ramen when I could easily go to another joint that is just as good if not better plus...
