Yoshinoya Shijo-Higashitoin — Restaurant in Kyoto

Racist place. I’ve been there so many times and every time I was surprised that people like this exist. Once I came in and sat down ready to make an order, after me came in a Japanese person and sat down in front of me. The stuff did take his order first and got back to me only when assured that everyone is served properly. The next time I did order kids set so they didn’t let me. They even did call the owner to argue with me that an adult can’t get that and made a big deal referring to “rules” that don’t even exist. They are making their own rules and regulations based on their thoughts and feelings. Ridiculous place. Never show ur face there. I hope they will lose their franchise soon and make their own shop with their own rules if they don’t want to follow the ones that comes from headquarters. "Dude, you're on vacation in Kyoto, why are you eating at Yoshiniya?" Because some days I'm wiped and don't wanna wander around a packed shopping area looking for something cheap and tasty. There aren't a lot of counter seats on the ground floor, but there's tables upstairs. Ordering is via multi-lingual tablet. And while the kalbi isn't the best you'll ever have, it's wild how good it is for the price.

A Young waitress , her name is 田上 was So disrespect to our family. She had very mean attitude against us because we asked her to put a child chair instead of sitting separately in two tables. She walked away before we finished order and served hot bowl with one hand and almost though the hot bowl on the table. I been in Japan for long time and Yoshinoya was my favorite.
