If you're looking for a healthier choice with a good amount of vegetables and noodles, try Ringer Hut in Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi! This is one of the famous chains of Ringer Hut in Japan. I ordered the crunchy noodles style of champon and quite like it! My friend got the noodle soup base but I think the crunchy one is the best choice for me. The portion is quite big for a very affordable price! The flavor suits my taste well as it's less salty and the vegetables are fresh and the crunchiness of the noodles is just perfect! It was a hefty bowl of serving but I was able to finish it all! The service is fast and the staff are welcoming and accommodating! The manager is also hands on and makes sure to accommodate the customers well. We went there before 12 p.m. so we were able to usher in fast and we didn't have to wait long. The store is clean, bright and modern. And the washroom is available and convenient to use! The area is strategically located to a busy shopping district of Kawaramachi and nearby attractions! It's nice to have a break, enjoy your food and continue exploring the area. If you're in Kyoto and want a healthy and satisfying rich vegetable champon noodles, please visit Ringer Hut in Shijo Kawaramachi!

I ordered the Nagasaki sara-udon noodles, and it was definitely a unique experience. The vegetables were intentionally softer and saucier to balance out the thin, crunchy noodles. You need to mix them together to soften the noodles, which takes some time. The gyozas were also very flavourful for affordable prices. Would definitely recommend!
