Wasn't expecting to find my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant while travelling in Japan, but here we are! We came here twice, I had the vegan pho with rice paper roll, and my partner had the vegan pho with crispy spring roll both times. The rice paper roll was super fresh, and the pho was incredibly delicious, filled with veggies and topped with some of the best tofu I've ever had. The service was great, and the people who work here are super nice. There are also staff who speak both English and Japanese. The restaurant is cosy but big enough to fit larger groups, so perfect for families and/or friends who have a few people with dietary restrictions. The restaurant also is wheelchair accessible with an elevator that will take you straight to the entrance. All in all, this is a wonderful restaurant run by people who want to serve delicious food in a way that is extremely accessible to as many people as...
Read moreSome of the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had - especially the vegetarian/vegan options (and I just came back from Vietnam a few months ago). I’m not vegetarian, but I tried my partners vegan pho, and the broth was just as tasty as my non-vegan pho.
Highly recommend the Shaking Tofu Salad (? Don’t remember the exact name) even if you’re not vegetarian, one of the best vegetarian tofu dishes I’ve honestly ever tried. So flavorful, amazing texture, and a great spice level. I included a photo of this dish because I recommend it so much.
The fresh spring rolls were also tasty, and both the chicken and vegetarian pho were very tasty as well.

I wish we got to try more. Very nice owner as well :)
P.S. they prefer cash...

AMBIENCE when I arrived there were tables with dirty plates and dishes that remained out in tthe open even after leaving the restaurant.
FOOD Gỏi cuốn / summer roll I always start with this when trying out a new vietnamese restaurant. You can tell these are not freshly made to order. The rice paper had lost all moisture and was starting to go hard. The fillings were also very underwhelming and no complexity as far as Gỏi cuốn go.
Bún thịt nướng with the sound of a microwave 'ding' I could only assume that they did not grill any meat just preheat the ingredients. The flavor was very bland with no real accents found in your usual Bún thịt nướng. No Coriander, No Thai Leaf Basil, No springy pickles.
