At 7:00PM the place did not accept any customers even though there was empty tables. Waited for one hour at the next door beer place but still was refused to dine in. The reception girl Ms. Marauds was extremely passive aggressive, very strange place not to recommend.

Fantastic restaurant on the third floor of Shinmai Media Garden in Matsumoto. During a 1-week stay in Matsumoto, we went there for dinner twice, and were delighted each time by the delicious meals, impeccable presentation and very attentive service. The miso-taste roasted Shinshu pork shoulder in white wine sauce, and the octopus/vegetables ceviche with shiso and yuzu sauce are particular standouts. A very nice, clean 'open plan' restaurant in the upstairs corner of a new development. They had two lunch sets on offer when we visited. One pork, one fish. Each included a drink bar (juice, tea, coffee etc.) as well as a salad bar with plenty of veggies etc. One of the sets included dessert (+300 yen) which was a very nice (and as expected - small) slice of chiffon cake.
