I found this chicken specialty restaurant online and booked a chicken sukiyaki course for dinner because the reviews were great and I have not tried a chicken sukiyaki before.
We were greeted by a friendly staff when we arrived and immediately brought to our table on the second floor. We ordered our drinks while we wait for our dinner course to be served. The staff was very patient and friendly, explaining each step that she was doing during the preparation.

The staff is simply amazing with her explanation (in japanese) and observations while cooking and also chit chat with us while serving. Definitely worth trying, especially if you are able to converse in japanese to enrich your...
