When I found out I was coming to Morioka, I wanted to try sushi from a truly local restaurant. When I finally tried this place, I discovered it was the best sushi I've ever had. Normally, I can hardly eat Uni, but this place was the first to make it delicious for me. Unbelievable! And the Otoro was incredibly sweet and tender, like being in heaven. It was a memorable experience of this trip. Above all, the warmth and friendliness of the chef and his wife made us feel at home. If I visit Tohoku again, I will definitely come back here to eat. :)
