Gajanoie — Restaurant in Nagano

I was doing washing across the road and decided to try out this nearby Okonomiyaki store. It was the best decision I made in my trip to Japan. I was welcomed by the owner, assistant and customers in the shop despite my limited Japanese. I chose a pork Okonomiyaki and it was incredibly delicious. The owner helped to recommended some Nihonshu for me while I talked with the staff and customers. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and I was treated like I'm family to them. I wish I spent more time in Nagano City to visit this store again. I highly recommend Gajanoie even if you are a foreigner with limited Japanese...

Food was delicious and the service was very good would highly recommend this authentic Japanese...

お座敷の個室を利用しました。トイレの表示がしてある暖簾をくぐった通路の奥に部屋があったので、まさかのフェイクに驚きました。

店主と学生アルバイトと思われる女性従業員がおりましたが、対応はとても良かったです。

しかしながら、通された部屋はとても寒く、扉も開けっ放しで暖房も稼働なし。(ちなみに予約来店です。)

また、店内には帰り際のお客が2名居るのみだったのですが、注文の品が来るのが遅く、風邪を引きそうな部屋にかなり長々と待たされた上、届けられたのは注文とは違う味付けの品物。
