札幌かに家 名古屋店 — Restaurant in Nagoya

We have reserved a table via google and we expected that they could get ready for our visiting previously. When we came to the restaurant, we were the only customers. But we were only given the English menu and it was different from the Japanese menu. We took a Japanese menu from the other table. We found that there were more choices in the Japanese menu and many lunch sets were less expensive compared with the English menu. When the waitress found that the menu on the next table was missing, she showed her anger to us by putting back the menu on the next table loudly. Totally unacceptable..we left immediately and we won't visit this...

Visited on 18/8/2025. Ordered 3 set course menu, were rushed with all the food after appetizers since being told it was approaching their closing time, would appreciate if they had informed us that we won't have enough time to enjoy the food when we ordered then we would refrained from choosing the course menus or chosen another restaurant instead. Food were ok but unfortunately we did not had time to enjoy. Spent more than 140,000 yen for 2 adults and 3 kids on the food, would have...

I am still at the restaurant as I am writing this review.

The food here is simply fantastic. Yummylicious. Price is reasonable for its many portions.

Service staff has limited English but tried their very best.
