Was looking for Nagoya unique Ramen that is between my hotel and the train station. Googled and saw many people recommend the clear soup base with seafood. Excellent service from the young waitress to give us an English menu as she notice us as non local. I ordered Shellfish soup: Big Braised pork in large size. I usually don’t like to eat the fats in pork (my mouth have auto filter fats, it just doesn’t accept fat meat) , but this braised pork is large in size, very soft to bite, fats melt in your mouth…. So good that I don’t taste the fattiness. Soup base is light but very tasty to go with the medium thickness noodle that is chewy. I personally like thinner noodle but this goes well with the soup. Highly recommend to try.

They had different textures but both were equally delicious. Their shellfish broth won some world contest. I don't eat shellfish so I went for the soy sauce one and I finished everything.
Just bear in mind, it’s cash payment here. I almost missed the entrance because it’s tucked in the side...
