So fresh & absolutely a hidden gem for sushi + sashimi! Ask for the English menu and be prepared to wait for the food to be served👍🏻

The 3100 yen set is so worth it. Uni is creamy, fresh and simply divine. 😋

We also ordered the grilled unagi with secret sauce (1200 yen) that melts in our mouth. Highly recommend 💯

Go early as 7 diners were turned away (ard 7.30pm) while we were eating (maybe cos they didn’t have enough fish to serve).

Overall, service is slightly slow (cos there’s only 3 pax) but it’s def worth the wait.

I was in Japan for a week for work. Each night I went out and chose places almost at random. Thank goodness for Google Translate's camera translation feature. Armed with a smartphone, I was able to get around and find some good places to eat. I chose this place essentially at random and had some sushi that was very good. (I think it's hard to find bad sushi in Nagoya since it's on the coast.)

Looking forward to visiting Japan again when I have time for sightseeing and more serious...

Lovely, family run sushi restaurant with fresh sashimi platters and dons. Our family of 2 adults, 2 children finished off 1 chirashi don, 1 stamina don and 2 sushi platters and enjoyed every bite. The wait is long though as the food is lovingly made by the chefs, we waited at least 30 min during lunch hour for our meal to arrive. Highly recommended and also a short 5 minute walk from the...
