As Singaporeans staying in Nagoya for awhile, we started feeling homesick and were craving food from home when we came across Lao Pasa. Needless to say, we ordered almost everything that had an SG flag on the menu and the food completely exceeded our expectations. (I almost cried a little while eating... ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ ) Even though the dish name was the same, the owner has taken each dish to another level, putting her own spin and amazing ideas into her food, and I want to say it's "like how mom used to make" even though my mom does not really cook 😂 Definitely recommend a visit, whether you are a local in either country, as the menu is very extensive and offers many different (and delicious) cuisines. Comfort food and great service I will never forget!

「LAO PASA」で注文したのは、海南鶏飯、ソフトシェルクラブ、ラクサの3品。どれも非常に美味しく、家族でシェアしながら楽しむにはぴったりのメニューでした。 • 海南鶏飯: 鶏肉がとても柔らかく、3種類のソースで味を変えながら楽しめました。ソースの種類も豊富で、それぞれに個性があり飽きることなく完食。 • ソフトシェルクラブ: サクサクの食感が絶妙で、辛さの確認もありましたが、実際には辛さは感じず、蒸しパンをソースにディップして食べるスタイルが新鮮で満足感がありました。 • ラクサ: アジアの香辛料がしっかり効いており、唐辛子は自分で調整できるため、好みに合わせた辛さで堪能できました。 料理のボリュームは「満腹！」というほどではないですが、家族での会話を楽しみながら食べるにはちょうど良い量でした。 雰囲気・サービス 金曜日の夜ということもあって店内は満席でしたが、スタッフのサービスが非常に親切で、料理の提供も手際よくスムーズでした。混雑している中でも、丁寧な対応と効率の良さが際立ち、ストレスなく食事が楽しめました。 総合評価 「美味しいアジア料理」と「親切なサービス」がこのお店の大きな魅力です。次回は、ランチで再訪し、違った時間帯の雰囲気やメニューも楽しんでみたいと思います。忙しい時間でも手際の良いサービスとおいしい料理が期待できる、家族や友人とのカジュアルな食事にぴったりの一軒です。
