One of my best cafe experiences so far! Found this cafe after looking for breakfast in Nara. From 08-11 every drink order can also add toast and egg for free. I got the Vienna coffee with egg and toast. This also came with an orange marmelade which was very good with the fluffy toast. My significant other ordered the Strawberry Milk (tasted like a smoothie) and the assorted sandshich made into a toast. All of it was tasty.

Read moreThis is a charming, cozy cafe, serving mostly western foods with a Japanese twist (i.e. ham, omelet and cucumber sandwich, but the omelet is more of a Japanese styled omelet). The shopkeep was lovely and welcoming. We both ordered sandwiches and tea for breakfast. Everything tasted great, but it did take quite a while to get our food ( estimating about 30 minutes). The flavor was so savory and the spongy egg, crisp thin cucumbers and crisp bread paired beautifully. The owners/chefs are warm and delightful. Everything is made fresh, in house behind the counter and there is such care and precision. The atmosphere was particularly quiet and cozy and comforting.
