Such a hard review to write but I think that many of the reviewers haven’t had much other curries. Indian curry is my favourite food type.

The staff is incredible. They are so kind especially the man working in the kitchen.

The restaurant atmosphere is perfect and feels very authentic to a local shop. And it was clean, organized and cozy.

Now I got the full spread of all the curries. With mango lassie. The presentation of the food was incredible and looked very professional. They clearly love what they do and it shows. This is important.

Now food feedback: The small yogurt bowl included in the spread had a horrible taste to it that made me think I was eating chemicals. The mango lassie was full on yogurt. While still delicious once fully mixed, I think if someone doesn’t like yogurt as much then it would be hard for them. I’d recommend thinning it out a touch. The curries were more soup than sauce. It’s important to be able to coat your Nan and such in the curry, but these curries were too thin and your only option is to just spoon them out of the bowls. I actually did resort to just drinking them. The mutton had a great flavour but many small bones.

Price for my meal was about ¥3700. Not a bad price for the amount of food and spices always cost more. So I think this price for “Indo” food in...

We went excited to try the curry because we saw it was on the Michelin Guide. Got there 30 min before they opened for dinner and were the second group in line. Once opened we were seated right away. Ordered got our food. The curry was good, and the whole experience was a typical restaurant experience up until the last 2 minutes of our meal. We had finished eating and still had our drinks to finish. They came to clear the table and as we were finishing our drinks the service staff told us to basically hurry up and leave because they have people waiting. After hearing that it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand they want to seat as many people as possible but we literally only needed a minute or twoto finish the drinks. And to top it off as we got the the cashier, her attitude was very cold and standoffish like she doesnt care for our business. Felt like she just wanted us to just leave and be done with us. After that last couple minutes our experience went from a positive one to a very negative one. With them being on the Michelin guide I was expecting better service, but this has honestly been the worst service I've had in my life. Curry is good, but don't think im ever going to...

We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a halal / vegetarian restaurant. The owner was a Japanese who was commited into making indian dishes, he even went to India before to learn to cook the dishes. Mutton was halal, so i opted for the menu and it was super super delicious. The chai tea was out of the world, please order it whenever you go there. Its a quaint and cozy little place, but we felt at home being there, we even got a free puri, which is also super tasty. An absolutely...

Still shaking my head in disbelief! This was an authentic South Indian thali. We went with the full meal option that included the chicken, fish, mutton and vegetable options. The flavors and spice levels were spot on and not overwhelming. Chatted with the lovely Japanese couple running this place and learned a bit about their story of how they decided to have a restaurant with this cuisine out of all other options. Wish we could get authentic Indian food like this in Southern California.
