Kotoya — Restaurant in Nara

The restaurant is inside the shop, which is not obvious on the outside if you're not looking out for it. The menu has about 8-10 dishes / sets to choose from. The shop is run by the loveliest old couple and the food the wife serves is generous and really yummy! Me and my friend were looking for a place to eat in Nara but it was already a little bit late and we didn't want any crouded place. Thats when we found this gem, it was a little hard to find because its located inside a gift shop and you can miss it easly, but you're greated by an enderly lady that ask's you if you want to eat and leads you to the table. She speaks basic English each is good and easy to understand. The food was soooo good , it felt like a homemade dish , it was delicious.
