I craved pizza, was in Nara, and the result here was fine.
The inside is a bit uninspired and rundown. The bar chairs are uncomfortable. The server reluctantly helped my preference for a table. (I gather she didn’t want to clean it again before closing though I arrived an hour before then). It’s pleasant enough.
The pizza uses nice dough, a real pizza oven, but it’s a little thick. The tomato on my pizza was a little sweet, mozzarella, nice, but the meats on top were tasteless. The toppings selection, overall, is too limited. The pizza was too small, and so overpriced.
They met the needs of my pizza craving. You get some genuine pizza. But unless you live in Nara and have fewer options, or are really craving pizza, I’d suggest...

Though I did manage to speak to a staff member, I was told I would have to wait an hour for a take away pizza and refused entry to have a beer in between since they had only had one chef and no seats of seven or so were available (only one was occupied). In addition -the drink menu was extensive. The lady came out and explained each wine to me and my husband was able to get a nice IPA . Please save room for desserts .
