5 minute walk from Umeda station. There is always a line, but the turnover rate is surprisingly high, so you can enter the restaurant in about 15 minutes.

Free large portions and the pasta is usually delicious, so I always come here when I'm in trouble.

The only saving grace was a waitress who tried really hard to communicate with us since we did not speak any English. The pasta were ultra salty and it made us wonder if it was really just our taste buds that were different. The kids meal’s pasta was okay though, so it is definitely not just the taste difference. Before entering, we were warned of the dining time which is strictly one hour, but needless to say, we could not even finish half of the food so we were done...

Although limited in pure vegetarian options, they had an aglio olio and cheese / margherita pizza options for vegetarian. The staff was also very diligent in trying to check for other vegetarian options and was able to convert a creamy pasta by not putting any meat. The food...
