We recently had the amazing opportunity to visit Japan all the way from the USA, and our culinary adventure has taken us to a variety of incredible places to eat. We began our journey in the vibrant district of Ginza, where we enjoyed some unforgettable meals, and now we find ourselves in Osaka, continuing our food exploration. This particular restaurant in Osaka truly stood out to us. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic – each dish was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. What made our experience even better was the chef, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain the dishes, made sure we were comfortable, and really made us feel welcome. 数年前から度々伺っていますが、何を食べてもとても美味しいです。 とにかく素材が良く、大将の目利きと細かい職人仕事が光るまさにプロの味。 お鮨やお鍋ももちろん美味ですが、私は変化球を交えたこだわりの一品推しです。

バジル酢味噌で食べるさえずりやお造り ほんのり燻製にかけた半生でいただくアジ 鮨やなのにファンが多いとろけるカツサンド などなど、季節によってメニューは変わりますがどれも手が込んでいて他店では食べられない一皿が多いです。

お鍋などのコースは別ですが、こだわりの一皿を求める場合は予算と時間に多少の余裕を持って行かれた方が良いと思います。 それとお店自体は銀座や新地の鮨やのようなキラキラ系ではないのでシャンパンや入手困難な日本酒ズラリとかはありません。 混んで予約できなくなると困るのであまり広めたくはないですが、舌の肥えた方々には大変おすすめのお店です。
