Came in here today, I was going to the front to order, then the lady told me to go sit down on the other side, I sit down, a lady comes with the menu, and asks me to order in the front… where I was headed… I had just walked 3km and decided to pit stop here. Rather than being greeted with service and a smile, it felt like I was unwelcome.

When I placed the order, the lady didn’t understand English at all, I asked her as nicely as possible, even using Japanese pleasantries and she still had a smug face about it all. I clearly specified I want a plant based burger with the cola. And she charges me just for the plant based burger and didn’t include the cola, I had to translate it for her for her to get it, and she rudely says “ I get it” what the hell? Instead of apologising for her mistake. A country known for rank 1 hospitality and service, this place is an outlier with bad service.

The food arrived and it tasted plasticky, I’ve had plant based burgers around the world and this place is definitely one of the worst.

When I walked out none of them even said thank you, which is standard.

I don’t recommend. Bad service, overpriced, bad food. The...

The sukiyaki was good- very savory and I can see the appeal. The shrimp sando, on the other hand, was okay. The avocado gives it this creamy texture which I liked. My only issue was that they put 3-4 shrimps on top of the sando. This unfortunately disrupts the concept of a sandwich. Why would I want shrimp in the first and only bite? What about the rest of the sando? Just plain avocado and veggies. The staff were very friendly! I like the aesthetic...

Best apple pie I’ve had in Japan.

Burger was super good for the price compared to other burgers I’ve had in Japan. Very fresh ingredients. I took a photo because the Osaka castle flag and was happy I did to leave this review.

I would for sure recommend coming here for the food.

Quiet atmosphere. The staff was very polite and full of smiles.

Nothing personal to the hard working girls in the cafe but the roasted beed sandwich was awful. The meat inside looked like cheap pork ham rather than roasted beef. The owner should revise the menu pictures as this was supposed to be a steak beef sandwich. For 1810yen the quality is diabolic.
