Italian Dining Natura — Restaurant in Osaka

My friends and I told the nice blond waiter at the front that there were going to be 5 of us. He said “Okay” and that it was no problem. The waiters pushed 3 tables together for us outside. About 30 minutes later, a tall man with glasses comes running out and yells at me and my friends (in front of a full restaurant) for sitting together with the 5 of us. He then demanded we push the tables apart (as we’re eating). We calmly explained to him (in Japanese) that the other waiters pushed the tables together and it wasn’t us. He left in a huff and even scribbled all over our receipt. He never apologized even later after realizing he made a mistake. The blonde guy was very sweet, understanding, and nice but because of our bad experience with the tall man with the glasses, we will not be returning. +There are some vegetarian food options here like their pizzas, maybe 1 pasta, and salads. +pizzas here are made quick and are delicious +pastas are made quick and are delicious

-Dishes other than pizza and pastas took over 30 minutes to cook. We waited almost an hour for a chicken dish. The steamed fish of the day came very late and was a waste. It had no seasoning or salt and was overcooked so it was difficult to eat. -Dessert came with an unwelcomed surprise, the staff kindly canceled our dessert.

After having a most delicious lunch in this cosy restaurant we returned multiple times, both for lunch and dinner time. They have very tasty spahetti variations (my favourite; the spaghetti with clams), and the japanese beef was excellent. I like the ambience of the restaurant; street level, a high ceiling and plenty of space between the tables, almost all walls are glass, pleasant relaxing background music. All personnel does not speak english, but they are kind and helpful, and I recall there being an english menu also available.
