Read more2024/02/27 - It is the last day of our travel here in Osaka. We ended up to this branch to have some coffee and relax but didn’t expect this not so elegant encounter with this staff. From the time we entered the shop, he doesn’t give so much good impression of a good service to us. We are a loyal customer of this food-drink chain but it was the first time we experienced such discrimination as foreigners living here in Japan. Don’t want to generalize all the staff but only to this guy staff who needs more training of improvement when it comes to staff-customer relationship.
