Food is good, service atrocious.

I've been a loyal customer for three years, but today's experience fell short of expectations. 😔 The service I received today was subpar compared to my previous visits. I'm disappointed with the decline in quality, and I hope this is addressed for future diners. A restaurant's reputation hinges on consistency, and today's service missed the mark. I won't be coming back for another visit.

There is this staff (male, quite young) that is very rude. He asked us to order by website, even though we already tried for 15 minutes. When we asked to order manually, he declined and insisted that we keep trying to order by phone. The other customer who came after us get their order taken manually by other staff (a friendly and polite women staff) and received the meals faster than us. The food was good. But i don't have the patience to enjoy anything today. I do understand that the restaurant was busy with lunch rush time. But there are no excuses for a service this bad. Was seated quickly, but there is no service whatsoever provided. Not even the water pitcher is ready. Food came slowly (30minutes+). Even other customers who came after us finish their meal before i started eating. Another major disappointment is the soft serve ice cream. I was looking forward to it, only to have the machine broken? Even Macdonald have their mcflurry machine working...

was looking for kaki fry or japanese fried hiroshima oysters to be specific, so i was so happy seeing this in the menu. after walking around osaka castle, my friend and i were so hungry we went to jo terrace to scour food options we can dine in for lunch.

it's a bonus i also got the set with conger eel in it. this satiated our hunger as the servings are really filling, packed with protein, vegetables, and rice.

there was just a tiny incident that happened when i got poured miso soup, good thing i was in leggings. the staff was so apologetic and it didn't really seep through my bottoms, so i was glad. i'm just glad they're also very attentive and helped out in cleaning up the mess. still an overall good experience and...
