Could I be cheesy and just say that perhaps it is the love and care the owners put in achieving the best food and service?They are just the nicest and most capable people. They speak Spanish and English and they make you feel right at home. It is now one of my favorite places in Osaka. Must try! I even went two days on a road because the food was so good and I've missed it so much. Gazpacho, boquerones al vinagre, tortilla de patatas and other tapas were as tasty as they are in Spain.
