Pros: Very lively and energetic staff. We were greeted by a highly animated man in full pirate get up who didn't break character the whole time we were there. (It's a wonder how they can keep this up til 5am every day!) The decor was awesome. Pirate themed stuff all over the walls and great atmospheric lighting. Good selection of games. Darts, billiards, table tennis, arcades, etc. Very hard to imagine being bored in here. Cons: A little expensive. We were charged an entry fee and then additional fees to play the games for a limited amount of time. The table tennis table had tape on the surface that was peeling off, a partially broken net, and one low quality ball, which made playing a competitive match quite irritating. These things are not expensive or difficult to replace and made me resent paying for half an hour's play I ordered an extra large cuba libre which, as everyone knows, is rum and cola. I’d love to say a lot of great things without giving away too much, so you’ll still be surprised when you get here. By far, this is the most solo-friendly bar I’ve ever been to! Not that I’ve been to a lot, but I’m pretty sure this place is unique for dining and playing! Yes, playing. There’s billiards, darts, basketball hoops, and more. And not to mention, the pizza was amazing!! I ordered a mocktail since I don’t drink alcohol, and it tasted great too! You’ll definitely have fun here. The songs playing will get you on your feet, ready to dance. The price point is just right and surprisingly affordable, considering how awesome this place is. From when we stepped in it was a fun and new experience, the staff were happy and very fun to engage with, we were provided with an English menu and the staff were happy to use a translation app to talk with us. There is a $5 table fee but the atmosphere and staff make it well worth it! The food is delicious and there was a good variety to pick from. We picked drinks from the tourist menu, I highly recommend you try the 'Calpis Sour'. Every drink you order from the tourist menu gets you a ticket to maybe win a little prize.
