Bella Bocca Umeda — Restaurant in Osaka

It's a popular spot! Our hostess made reservations thank goodness. We were on our way to fukuoka so had our overnight luggage. The staff tucked them away for us. Being vegan, they didn't have anything on the menu but they accommodated me. They made a vegetable dipping sauce and put it in the bread bowl with vegetables to dip it in. Ohhh my- so oishi!! The sauce was smooth, very well balanced and seasoned, the vegetables were perfectly cooked. It was a lovely lunch. Only thing is, 3 of us got our meals while our hostess waited a long time for hers (which was pasta 😕). The staff was kind enough to bring our bags upstairs for us, for which I was very grateful- the stairs were steep- not uncommon in Japan. I would have struggled with my bag!...

Food is good with nice service.

I ordered a cheese fondue course and it includes so many different kinds of fresh vegetables, the portions they give at first is already more than enough for two people, but you can refill the veggies if you want more. The cheese fondue is very delicious and cozy. The course also includes appetiser, side dishes and pasta, all of them is good.

However they do not have an English menu, the staff was really nice and tried to explain the menu to us. お店は阪急三番街のそばにあり立地も抜群◎ 地下一階で、階段も作り込まれていて隠れ家感がすごい…✨並んでいる時から雰囲気たっぷりなので、待つのも苦じゃないです♪
