BooBoo Pink Osaka — Restaurant in Osaka

If you're looking for some delicious dessert in Osaka, I would highly recommend BooBoo Pink! My partner and I stopped by late on a Friday evening at 9 pm because we were craving some cake and couldn't have been happier with the result!

We got the cake set, which includes a slice of cake and a beverage! We chose the Early Grey flavored chiffon cake and paid an extra 100 yen to get a refreshing iced Hojicha tea! The cake was decadent but light and just slightly sweet, pairing perfectly with the tea.

We also got the Portofino(Tiramisu), which is a Tiramisu shaved ice dessert! The ice was perfectly shaved and melted on the tongue. The Premium cocoa powder was perfect, being just sweet enough! Hidden underneath the dessert was some coffee jelly that was an awesome surprise and definitely completed the entire dish.

We were also lucky enough to be given a free sample of another one of their delicious chiffon cakes.

The total came out to about 20 USD, or about 3100 yen. Trust me when I say it's worth checking out...

I went to BooBooPink late at night, near closing, hoping to see whether I could get a last minute cake for my father's birthday. I was thoroughly surprised to hear that they were able to make me a cake if I waited a bit, and I was touched by the fact they were able to make something special even though it was so late!

The cake was absolutely delicious, not too sweet, and the cream was fresh as ever (it was made right before my eyes!). The price was reasonable as well. I was offered also some water and food as I waited. Everyone there was so incredibly friendly and kind to me. Yesterday was my birthday, and after visiting a lot bakeries only to find all cakes sold out. But in BooBoo not only did they graciously agree to create a custom cake on short notice, but they also crafted an absolutely delicious masterpiece that exceeded all expectations.
