I've visited this cafe several times. The first time I went, there was a calico cat named Suzuran, who was so cute I wanted to meet her again. As is the fate of rescue cat cafes, this is a facility that helps find homes for rescued cats, so the cats don't stay with the rescuers forever. The particularly friendly kittens are quickly adopted.

The lunch was delicious and reasonably priced.

After visiting several times, I noticed a few things that bothered me, so I'd like to share them here.

There were four things that personally bothered me.

The first is that when you enter the cafe, you are given a black bag and spoon filled with cat treats called "Ciao Chu-ru." Customers can feed the treats to their favorite cats. However, with so many customers coming every day, the cats seem to have gotten used to being there, and they will pounce on people holding the black bag and beg for treats. Sometimes their claws get caught in the bag, which is Unfortunate.

Also, it seemed like only the cats that were good at begging got treats. This may be one of the reasons why cats become obese.

I have doubts about this treat system.

2nd point I'm not sure if this cat is still there, but there was a cat that bit into a spoon and broke it. I understand that it's a cat and can't be trained, but it was scary to see it bite so hard that pieces flew everywhere.

I wish they had told us in advance that there was a cat like that.

3rd point The metal fittings on the door to the second floor were broken and difficult to open.

I'm sure this was to prevent cats from getting in and out, but I imagine it must have been difficult to get used to. We were locked in our room until the staff arrived, which caused confusion not only for me but for everyone around us.

4th point The cat escaped to another floor several times, and the staff scolded us.

We weren't intentionally trying to let the cat escape. I feel really sorry when a cat escapes when we can't hold it like the staff did. So please don't blame us, even if it wasn't intentional.

I haven't been to the store for a while since this happened. I hope...

The cat interaction experience here was perfect! You are given a drink ticket and a treat to feed the kitties. There are toys that you can use to play with them, and there are lots of kitties here so you can also watch them play with each other as well. I stayed for an hour and then went to the nearby sister cafe for lunch. The play time + meal set was a little over 2000ยฅ. Playing with the kitties was so much fun and very relaxing. When I took the treat out a few came climbing all over my lap and shoulder! Definitely recommend coming to this cat cafe if you love...

Look, you don't come here for the included drink (although they have a coffee machine and a soda fountain.) You come for the cats, and there's many of them, with very different temperament. I ended up with a young kitten purring in my lap for a while. My daughter made a bigger friend who hid under her skirts. If your goal is "an hour of cats in a cozy room" then this place is great! (We paid 1650 per person...

I hope things improve.

Definitely recommend coming to this cat cafe if you love interacting with cats!
