Chanponteiso Kawaramachiten — Restaurant in Osaka

The food is good, can’t deny that the chef did a great job. But the staff, an older female person, was very rude and I guess she must not be a Japanese. I never seen a Japanese this bad. She treated everyone else ( all Japanese) nicely and even explained to people what food it was. When serving our table, she didn’t even say a word , slammed the tray on the table, walked away. Then when she came back to get the tray, she poured all the receipts, paper, and napkins on the table right in front of our face. It is not acceptable, period. Thanks to the chef for great food but NO NOT THE SERVER. Hope I can rate a 0 star. If you don’t like foreigner, just ask people...

The young male staff is rude and impatient. I went there with my child, the staff was unwilling to give guide or help when I was trying to pay in their machine. What he is doing is just standing there and doing nothing. I guess he is a racist and will have better attitude...
