Beware! Hi all, food was fairly decent and rest of the service staff was great during dinner. However when I went to pay for the bill, being not familiar with Japanese coin denomination as I am a tourist, whilst I was fumbling with the loose change in my money pouch, the male cashier WITHOUT PERMISSION dug into my pouch to extract a single 50yen coin , as I already took out 11500 yen in notes and coin. I had originally intended to take out 5x 10yen coins to pay for the balance but was shocked & interrupted by this rude behaviour by the cashier. Never have I expected and experienced this in the whole of Japan nor worldwide. I refrained from raising a ruckus as I had young kids with me (who knows what would happen if I kicked up a commotion?!) . There you have it. Please beware and keep your money out of reach of the male cashier with octopus arms! You suck big time and a disgrace to all F&B and service staff. It ruined what would have been a pleasant dinner with my family. May the boss/owner of this restaurant look at your CCTV timing (23rd December 2024, 827pm Osaka time) and decide for yourself if your staff was right? Pictures of my receipt and money pouch provided. Read moreAfter waking for over an hour, struggling to find a open restaurant in peak hour on the weekend, I stumbled across this restaurant with my family. Although, it was super busy inside with no waitresses available we stumbled upon a chef, that was happy to speak to us. His English was great and we had already come to peace if we had to leave, which was expected as we needed a table of 4. Among our conversation we asked him where he was from and he asked the same quickly after, among finding out we were from a special western country, his eyes lighted up and immediately helped us gather a table of four in the private lounge with no reservation at all.
Among using the easy-to-use electronic system (iPad) to order food, which is so efficient, we pretty much tried every type of sushi they had to offer, our favourites being the red tuna, grilled seared salmon, and the unagi (eel) those just dissolved in your mouth, an awesome and unforgettable experience.

I strongly suggest management to check the CCTV between 7-8pm to view the service and attitude of the lady treating us foreigner customer. I was at queue 31. And I walked in asking what I should do to get a table. She rolled her eyes and ignored. Turned her back and pointed at the decide. So not knowing Japanese, I used google translate to check what’s written on the screen. After getting my queue number 31, I approached her again to ask what’s next because my ticket didn’t print out. She glanced at me and walked off with an annoyed face. When it’s my turn. I told her I’m 31, she made a sign language to ask me for ticket and I tried to explained to her. She showed bad attitude ignored me. And led me to my table unwillingly. Towards the end, I showed her in my google translate app that I would complain about her attitude.
