EBI SIN — Restaurant in Osaka

Went here after reading a review that said this was the best ramen, definitely doesn't do this place justice. The base is a lobster bisque base, it was an emotional experience. My only complaint was I couldn't eat it fast enough!!! Had the loaded ramen, which had pork, chicken and a variety of root vegetables. (See blurry photo) Five menu options were regular, loaded, spicy and two others with pork cutlet I believe. A small dining room inside seats 6 at the bar and two tables for two persons. Inside dining is not wheelchair accessible but there is a table available outside. Free wifi available. Staff was incredibly polite and service was quick. Beer was so frosty I thought it had ice. 10 out of 10 would eat here everyday of my life! Don't skip on this place, this is French- Japanese fusion...

Staffs very friendly, store not big but welcome and friendly to kids. Foods taste very good! We ordered a "standard ramen" which actually with lobster soup! You can really taste the lobster favour! The chicken karake is so yummy as well, inside is still juicy and "smooth", perfect timing when fried. The tuna katsu set is huge! Well they are doing roll the dice and get either 1.5 or 2 times more (not sure when this promotion will end) . Still very tasty! The tune is so fresh! we alsi ordered A5 beef, yes very thin piece os A5 beef, but its so good and you would want more. Will sure come back and recomment to go! We felt a bit scammed by the good reviews of the place. Inside it’s pretty uncomfortable (you sit kinda on camping furniture) and the whole vibe is a bit random.

The ramen itself are nothing special, the egg was hard which makes you really sad knowing how good it could be if it was soft. The meat was also in big chunks and not slim like the usual slices and a bit dry. The noodles were actually good, the broth also, but not very intense for seafood ramen (we had way better broths with lobster elsewhere). We ordered 0.5 and 1 spicy and it was spicy...
