Alegria Namba Shinsaibashi — Restaurant in Osaka

I visited after having a decent dinner at another Alegria location with friends. Unfortunately, this shop provided a much different experience. Don’t waste your time and money here, Osaka has so much more to offer.

Both the food and service were just AWFUL. There were very long portions of time where we had nothing to eat, which is especially awful considering this is a timed course and requests are cut off after an hour and a half. Multiple items from their list were completely skipped, even though they state at the beginning that “all items on this list will be served”. What a blatant lie. When we inquired about one item in particular, we were suddenly told it had been swapped for a different item that day. Isn’t that something you should mention at the beginning of the meal? The food itself was often lukewarm or cold, and not good at all. So many pieces were almost entirely fat. Your jaw felt tired, but you hadn’t eaten nearly enough for that to make any sense. We all felt sick after eating here. There is no way the food was being cooked churrasco style, my friend believes it is likely they were using a blowtorch.

The drinks were also AWFUL. The fruit juice tasted wrong and the cocktails were the wrong flavor. But you have to order one drink per person. Why?? The course is already expensive enough. It was an absolute waste of money and an embarrassment to good churrasco restaurants. Absolutely do not go expecting anything even remotely similar to a real churrasco experience. The dishes are either completely different, prepared incorrectly, unseasoned, wrong texture/flavor, or all of the above. Or they don’t...

I've been to the Alegria in Umeda and loved it. However, this Alegria was really bad. The service was slow, I kept waiting for the next churrasco with an empty plate. They started the night telling us about what meat to expect during the all you can eat experience. And only towards the end of our 2 hour time did they mention (after we asked for something specific) that they didn't have 5 items on the menu. And only 1 of them was replaced with something else. Also, the meat started alright but got more fatty and more tasteless as the night went on. I kept my plate empty, and throughout the 2 hours, all you can eat, I ended up with more and more un-eatable meat. Honestly, it seemed like they were blow torching the meat and vegetables as pieces weren't juicy, warm on the outside while cool on the inside, and had uneven charring on the outside. I brought a friend with me because I was excited to show her this restaurant, only to be embarrassed by how bad the meal turned out. I will never be...

料理出せるのも遅い

シュラスコ問わず食べた中で史上最低。

お肉が回ってきたのは6回ほどで、そのあとはただただ待っていました。食べ放題で来ているのにがっかりしました。

肉持ってくるスタッフ(切り方もしらないし 鶏肉だけじゃなく豚肉まで焼けてないのに提供。

また、チーズパンもセットになっているとのことでしたが、何ももらえませんでした。

最低なお店でししっかりお代金1人6,000円は取られました（笑）2度と行かないと思うし、知り合いには確実に行くなってお勧めします。 このお値段を払ってここに来るくらいなら、もっといいお店があるように思いました。

結局、待たずに時間になる前に出発し。

2度と来ない。 なんで評価高いのかわからん。

正直なところ飲食店としてはお客を舐めてるとしか思えない対応。

最低なお店でしたよ。とりあえず星をつけたくないくらい。20種類くらいのお肉を提供、と謳っていますが、実際にきたのは10種類未満。先に来る手前でお肉が無くなったのか、何度も引き返して自分たちの席までお肉は届かなかったですね。

2度と行きませんし、オススメもしません！！

本当は⭐︎を0にしたいくらいです！！ ぼったくりなので、やめたほうがいいです！！

Fomos a Osaka a passeio. (Eu e minha esposa) Como fazia muito tempo que não íamos em um rodízio de carnes , resolvemos ir ao barbacoa , tentamos reservar em um dos dias de nossa estadia em Osaka mas não conseguimos . Resolvemos ir na churrascaria Alegria em Namba com ótimas avaliações 4.3 Na reserva dizia que viria 20 tipos de carnes Só veio 6 tipos . A minha reserva era um dos últimos horários do dia ,talvez seja por isso , mas mesmo assim deveriam precaver sobre isso. Eu gosto de carnes mau passado , mas não cruas no caso do porco e frango. Isso mostra a inesperiencia dos atendentes. Passaram 10, 20 min ,30 minutos esperando chegar a carne… Resolvemos ir embora na metade do tempo do rodízio Como estava com fome ainda passamos em um fast food e comemos um lanche . Os japoneses que frequentam esse estabelecimento ficam fascinadas ao ver cortar as carnes na sua frente,são muito ingênuos. Não sabem como é um verdadeiro...
