Ganzo Butchikiri Sushi Uoshin Minami Namba Branch — Restaurant in Osaka

We just literally had a fantastic lunch at Sushi Uoshin Namba. I made a reservation from their website, it’s lucky in 15 years ago I ever memorized hiragana, the reservation went well, the system sent me the confirmation, also kindly sent me a reminder one day ahead. The reservation at AM11:30 Feb 4th. We arrived 10 mins earlier, while the waitress was cleaning at porch. I thought she would allow us to walk in, but her gesture just made me realized we need to be exactly on time. Well, me and my little one just hung around to be accurate. At 11:30, the crowd were occupied at porch that just approved me making the good picking! The waitress served us the menu , everything looked so delicious! After making the order, I went to lady’s room… just about 3mins as stepping in my seat, OMG that’s amazing! It’s almost 70 percent served! What the incredible efficiency? Do they have “ mind reading “ camera? As we shown at porch the chief already knew what we like to eat ? It’s pretty amazing how quick they served sushi. I thought it would be … “so so” listing on coupon of tourism, but the food is damn tested! The eel sushi was the most delicious ell I ever had! It’s not a “ coupon of tourism” the place was full of local Japanese! I was so appreciated the great meal, then I just translated “ the food is so nice thank you “ copy to speak it to the chief: 食べ物がとても好きです。ありがとうございます, he was so flattered! Quality drops badly, no longer delicious. Been coming to this place one a year from 2011-2016. it has been 3 years since I last visited Osaka and my parents were looking forward coming back to this comfort food place. However we were very disappointed, the quality of ingredients and the way they prepared sushi used to be very good, but now they reduced the size of the fish and increase the size of the rice. Foiegras no longer has the right texture, the rice also bland and not well formed. Tuna, salmon, scallop, uni. Everything were just soso..
