EDION DOTONBORI STORE — Local services in Osaka

Strongly not recommend this place. Even they have good deal/ price, the staff is cunning. We were served by a Chinese speaking staff, and trying to get a hair dryer. When we checkout，the staff gave us a bag of candy and said this is free. Soon after, we found out we had been charged by that candy. We went back to the store and asked for refund. The staff insisted that this was tax free product, could not refund the money of the candy to us. The money was not much, but being deceived just left us a bad impression...

Visited Edion outlet for the first time at Dotonbori store. The staffs were especially friendly and attentive. I would like to personally thank Zhao whom attended to me. I went there 3 times to look for him because he offered the best service I've experienced in Japan. He is truly dedicated and helped me each time in searching for the best item to suite my needs. I highly recommend Edion, and please ask for the staff named Zhao if you want an unforgettable customer service experience. Arigato gozaimasu Zhao....
