The omelette was slightly less cooked than I would have preferred, but I ate most of it and my husband finished the centre. I am an over hard egg kind of person so that is no fault of theirs. This was also our first day in Osaka after a sleepless overnight ferry and the lovely staff kindly let me sleep on the couch after we had breakfast.
