McDonald's - LINKS UMEDA — Restaurant in Osaka

I’m convinced everybody giving a 5 star review are paid bots. After walking around Osaka all day, we checked into our hotel and decided to get Mcdonald’s for dinner. We ordered one large fry, a spicy chicken set, pie, and shaka chicken. The place was completely empty and the workers seemed extremely bored. We waited a whole 30 MINUTES just for our order, despite there being no customer at all. Once we got back to our hotel, we were EXTREMELY disappointed to find that they had messed up our orders. The large fry was only filled HALF WAY up, as if somebody just spilled half of the contents. The spicy chicken set burger was replaced with the samurai burger, which isn’t even remotely similar to the spicy chicken burger. Not to mention we literally didn’t even receive the shaka chicken and pie. NEVER, in my years of going to various McDonald places around the globe, have I ever encountered such an awful place with such disgusting and bizarre service. I would understand if they had only messed up ONE of our orders, mistakes happen. But I PHYSICALLY CANNOT fathom how they messed up EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of our orders. How is that even possible? I’m in disbelief and horribly shocked, I’m not even angry at them, I’m genuinely concerned for how they even passed the interview and requirements for working at Mcdonald’s. And yes, we checked the receipt and it clearly states everything we ordered. No matter how starved I am, NOBODY will catch me going to this...

Dropped by here as our hotel was just above us. The touch screens are cashless only so if you want to pay by cash you have to go to the counter.

There was an old lady manning the counter. Unfortunately ordering ala carte was a tad difficult as i didnt know Japanese so I ended up ordering sets for four people 😂

Meals come very well packaged. This review is for all mcdonalds across japan. Chips are either very oily or dry. Not enough salt on the chips, almost no salt. Your only choice of sauce is ketchup and most places they have run out. You can only get bbq sauce if your order nuggets. Coke zero taste horrible, better going with normal coke.
