Saw this while walking back to our hotel and we decided to give it a try. Got in and the smell is so good! I ordered the #4 酸辣白面 and OMG it’s SOOO GOOD. The flavor adds up every sip. I added vinegar and spicy powder to maximize the flavor. I kept on repeating it after finishing it. ITS DELICIOUS!! Going back to try other dishes tomorrow.

堺筋本町にある、台湾まぜそばのお店『麺屋やまひで』さんへ訪問しました！ まぜそばだけじゃなく、ラーメンも置いてます！ 私は、台湾まぜそば820円と炙りチャーシュー丼400円を注文です！ 台湾まぜそばは、注文時、きざみニンニクの有無を聞かれます！ 生ニンニク苦手だけど、入れるのがオススメという事だろうと解釈して有りにしてみました！ 台湾まぜそばと炙りチャーシュー丼が到着〜！どちらも卵黄が乗っかっており鮮やかな彩り(・∀・) まぜそばは、底から良く混ぜて。 そして一口。 きざみニンニクとニラの主張がすごい。 麺自体は、コシがある感じの麺で、味付も、美味しい。でも最初のインパクトと後味のインパクトは、きざみニンニクとニラになっちゃいますね(^o^;)自分が生ニンニク苦手な事が、改めてわかりました笑 ニンニク辛さと戦いながら、最後は、追飯まで完食！ 僕が生ニンニク苦手なだけで、味は美味しいんですよね♬ 炙りチャーシュー丼は、見た目通り美味しかったです！！ 次来たらニンニク抜きで楽しみます！ ご馳走様でした♬

Super good ramen! The chicken flavored spicy and sour ramen was the best out of all! I would definitely vote for this over ichiran!!! We were really addicted so we came back twice...
