Disappointing experience with the male staff!

We visited based on their online menu featuring onigiri sets, but were pressured into buying the buffet menu. When I asked for the à la carte menu, the male waiter reluctantly allowed it. We ordered a lunch set, extra onigiri, and okonomiyaki, which were beyond satisfactory.

However, things took a turn for the worse when he insisted we purchase drinks. Given it was breakfast time, our only viable option would've been their overpriced coffee (580 yen each!) made from an instant coffee machine - not exactly what we'd call a reasonable or appealing choice. The male staff's behavior felt targeted towards us as tourists.

Thankfully, a friendly and understanding female staff member intervened, resolving the issue with kindness and empathy. Her exceptional service made a big difference.

Rating: 2/5 stars overall, 0 stars for the male staff, but 5 stars for the female staff's outstanding service.

Tip: if you want to make it compulsory for drinks order, improve your menu by serving fresh coffee with that price. If not, charge reasonably. The convenience store is next door...

We were super lucky finding this place when arriving in Osaka, with all our suitcases and our tiredness. They were immediately friendly and allowed us to enter with them (there were few customers, please be mindful and respectful if the store if full). Our order didn't take long before being ready, and we ordered a lot. The food was delicious and extremely affordable. This, combined to the proximity to our hotel, made us come back for more. Second time was the same, politeness and friendliness from the staff, and really delicious food....

We did order a couple of Onigiri that were average. The Tuna Mayonnaise was ok but the salmon with spicy fish eggs was a disaster. Prices are average and credit cards are accepted here. There is no English menu so you have to translate it, make sure to have an internet connection otherwise you will have troubles...
