Sakunosaku Ramen in Namba delivers a satisfying bowl of comfort, especially during colder weather. Their spicy tonkotsu ramen, infused with a rich miso broth, is a hearty option that warms you from the inside out. The broth stands out with its complex blend of savory and slightly sweet flavors, complemented by just the right amount of spiciness to cut through the richness of the pork-based soup. Visually, the ramen is impressive, with slices of chashu neatly arranged around the bowl, creating an appetizing display that catches the eye and whets the appetite before the first bite. The toppings and sides are generous, although this abundance comes at a premium price. While Sakunosaku Ramen offers a visually appealing and flavorful meal, it may not reach the heights of the very best ramen shops in the area. It’s a solid option particularly if you’re seeking some satisfying and simple counter dining, even if it doesn’t quite reach the pinnacle of...

Sakunosaku Ramen, located in Osaka's Namba district, is known for its tonkotsu ramen—a rich pork bone broth. The restaurant claims to be among the first to introduce tonkotsu ramen in Osaka.

Diners have praised the flavorful broth and tender pork slices. One reviewer noted, "Broth was so flavorful and the pork was so tender. The spice was just. The establishment is also appreciated for its quick service and friendly staff.

However, some patrons feel that the ramen is average and caution against being enticed solely by the promise of abundant pork, describing the slices as thin.

Overall, Sakunosaku Ramen offers a reasonably priced dining experience in a convenient location near Namba Station. It's a solid choice for those seeking a quick and satisfying meal...

I had to try the Kontotsu ramen, better late than never, that was my aim. I found a spot at this place late in the evening, and shortly after it was busy again. I got lucky I guess! I don't know what I thought, but at 11pm in the evening I decided to have the ¥1400 Nikubaka Naniwa Tonkotsu. Such a big meal with lots of meat! After this I was a bit afraid if I could fall asleep easily haha. But no worries for that if you are planning to visit. The taste of the ramen is good but nothing really special. I believe this shop is open 24/7 and that's visible! They would do good to close at least a day for a proper cleaning session. If you look around, they could improve in cleaningness. But hey, at least I got my Kontotsu...
