Shabushabu new Kobe Namba Walk — Restaurant in Osaka

It was easy to enter alone as there was only counter seating. The interior was clean and minimal, and it felt very relaxing. The staff was super nice as well.

I had shabushabu probably twice a week, and this was surprisingly my favorite! The kurowagyu set came with incredible cuts of meat and a bowl of vegetables that I completely cleared. I came hungry so ordered extra meat, enoki, and cabbage and had a very filling and luxurious meal for about 4-5000yen. I thought this was VERY affordable for the quality of meat, and you can definitely eat for much cheaper here, but I wanted a lot of the best cuts lmao. I was really able to appreciate the flavor of the meat and vegetables with the refreshing ponzu sauce. Loved everything...

It’s definitely a pleasant experience with New Kobe, awesome memorable moments dining here enjoying the super lighting fast service setting up the entire shabushabu experience for me in my recent visit. I happened to patronise this dining place at the timing prior to dinner and enjoyed the great discount for the set menu of pork & vegetables. I was totally impressed with the generous portion of the sliced meat, and they were heavenly fresh & juicy. Fun & delicious! My daughter & I went for lunch, and had a great time! Friendly folks, tasty food, fun experience, & large portions! We both chose the Small beef lunch for ¥1460 which included rice, a large portion of veggies, some udon noodles, 2 yummy sauces (ponzu & peanut miso), and of course a plate of beef. 🥩 We loved boiling our veggies, adding the beef, and dipping in sauce.
