Australians visiting Osaka wanting some delicious sushi. We googled restaurants around our hotel area and this restaurant came up as having good reviews for sushi. When arriving, the chef greeted us and took us to the table. We have limited Japanese and he limited English but we were able to order beers ( we are Aussie! ) and he recommended the set menu. We had no idea of the price nor what we were ordering apart from it was sushi and miso set with beer! We were served the most delicious sushi and equally yummy miso soup with a piece of tuna in it! The beer was cold and large. To finish we were served fresh watermelon. The entire meal was so good and the final bill with drinks was around $45 AUD per person

上にぎりとにぎりをテイクアウトしました。 内容はとても満足しています。またテイクアウトしたいと思います。

上にぎりはネタも高そうなものが多く、そして大きくて見た目の量よりもお腹が満たされる感じでした。特に赤貝、海老、穴子は自分の好みにピッタリで、とても気に入りました。

にぎりは一般的なお寿司の大きさで、高齢の母にはちょうど良い大きさで、とても食べやすくて美味しいと喜んでいました。もちろんネタも新鮮でした。 イカもプリプリで、マグロも味が濃くとても美味しかったです。

上にぎりもにぎりも価格は相応だと思いました。 シャリは好みの話になりますが、硬すぎずちょうど良いと私は感じました。 私は全般的に、軍艦や巻物は海苔と接している部分がのシャリが硬く感じることがあるので、ウニの軍艦はちょうど良く、ネタと海苔とご飯がマッチしました。

追加でマグロとホタテ貝も大きめのネタで入れてもらいました。母は口いっぱいになりながら、こんなに美味しいのは初めてと喜んでいました。
