Visted here in April 2018 I'm from China. When I was eating in this restaurant, I was treated with cold eyes by a staff just because I talked to my friend in Chinese. As we were sitting a single room, it was even impossible to disturb people around us, and we didn't speak loudly. Although perhaps some Chinese people may have done something distrubing others before, it was quiet shocked that I was treated differently just for my nationality as a Chinese. Not only it looked like it came from the end piece of the tuna belly, the color on the edges of the pieces was grayish making it obvious that the fish had been in the fridge for a long time! Read moreThe best sashimi and tempura that I had on this trip to Japan. The fish slices were fresh, thick,and tasty. The wasabi is of good quality. The batter for the tempura is fresh and fluffy dipped in fresh oil. Chawanmushi is piping hot even when taken towards the end the meal. It would be better if it were savory rather than sweetish. I ended the meal with a miso soup with tofu. As pricey as in the better Jap restaurants in Singapore. But, it's worth the price....
